Future Fermentation has chosen with CSRP Institute to focus all their resources on Education through an immersive residency program centered around the broad theme of nutrition. This residency will span 10 days, hosting experts from various disciplines converging around the table as elements of an artistic framework, producing 10 works of art, each coinciding with lunch.
We envision this residency to also explore the many facets of symbolic fermentation that consider important aspects related to individuals in relation to public health, studying it, for example, in convergences with the desire to approach fermentation and recognizing it as a collective and therefore environmental cultural heritage.
With this new partnership with the CSRP Institute, Future Fermentation renews its collaboration with Camera F and Cima Città , and incorporating Confluenti within it.
